1. Using QRCraft
QRCraft provides tools for generating static and dynamic QR codes, managing short links, and recording basic analytics about scans. You may use the Service only if you are able to form a binding contract and are not prohibited from using the Service under applicable law.
2. Accounts & Security
- You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.
- You are responsible for all activity carried out under your account.
- You agree to notify us promptly of any unauthorized use of your account or security issue.
3. Your Content & Links
QRCraft allows you to create QR codes and short links that point to third-party content and destinations that you control. You are solely responsible for the content, legality, and safety of any links and destinations you configure.
- You must not use QRCraft for illegal, harmful, or abusive purposes.
- You must not link to content that is malicious, deceptive, or intended to harm others.
- You must not use QRCraft to send spam or unsolicited commercial messages.
4. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Use the Service in violation of any applicable law or regulation.
- Probe, scan, or test the vulnerability of the Service or any related system.
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any accounts, systems, or data.
- Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Service.
5. Analytics & Logging
For dynamic QR codes and redirects, QRCraft may record basic technical information about scans, such as the time of the request, a hashed representation of the IP address, the user-agent string, and the HTTP referrer. 6. Service Changes & Availability
We may modify, suspend, or discontinue parts of the Service at any time, with or without notice. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability or that the Service will be free from errors.
7. Intellectual Property
QRCraft, including its branding, user interface, and underlying code, is owned or licensed by the operator of this website. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Service for your own business or personal purposes in accordance with these Terms.
